Welcome to The Millhouse, a modern wood fire grill rooted in Pittsburgh's storied industrial past. Located in the heart of downtown, we blend bold, flame driven cooking with refined techniques to create a dining experience that's equal parts rustic and elevated.
Set in a space that nods to the steel city's heritage, The Millhouse is where craftsmanship meets comfort. Whether you're here for a casual dinner, a night out, or a special occasion, we welcome you to gather, share, and savor the fire.

Located in the Joinery Hotel lobby, EP Lounge offers lite bites and your favorite beer, wine or cocktail.
